Well, guess we’re doing this.

Our story starts in 2019, when four strangers met for the first time at a small production company’s intern table. Equipped with nothing more than squeaky office chairs and coffee from a cappuccino machine, these four interns read scripts, built bonds, and most importantly, bothered their boss all day.

In 2021, these four ruffians found themselves in the midst of a worldwide pandemic. Searching for creative outlets, they traded their squeaky office chairs and cappuccinos for Zoom meetings and groupchats, and Coverage Gang Productions was born.

Those four kiddos were none other than the heroes of this tale. And that’s us!

Coverage Gang Productions is a boutique producing studio started by four friends and creatives. We’re creating the highest-quality narrative podcasts, videos, and shorts, in the realm of fantasy, love, and adventure.

  • Lukas Fiechter

    Born and raised in Manila, Lukas is a producer-director who has always been intrigued and inspired by the endless possibilities of using film/videos as visual and auditory mediums to convey messages and stories. Pursuing this passion has lead him to earn extensive experience in advertising, music videos, and film production. He holds a B.S in Business Administration with an emphasis in Cinematic Arts from USC & has an ever-increasing portfolio of advertisements and multimedia completed for South-East Asian markets.

  • Vanessa Perea

    Vanessa Perea is an LA-based producer, writer, and director. After graduating from UCLA, Vanessa went on to work in various fields such as marketing, project management, and assistant producing. She is currently an agent assistant in CAA’s TV Scripted department, and loves all things related to film, TV, and podcasts. When not in front of a screen or behind a camera, she is usually thrifting, playing tennis, or reading a magazine. She is so proud to be producing such fun and creative projects with talented friends, and can't wait to see what we do next!

  • Phoebe Sajor

    Phoebe is a SoCal born and San Francisco-based creative, with a background in directing, writing, producing, and acting. A fellow UCLA graduate, Phoebe’s work has included corporate marketing and branding, production design, industrial creative directing, music video executive producing, stage acting, and everything in-between. She can often be found writing love letters, drinking lattes at coffee shops, and building community wherever she can. She loves the work she does with the gang, and can’t wait to continue to create with them.

  • Keith Sutton

    Keith Sutton is a LA-based writer hailing from Chicago. In 2019, he graduated from DePaul University with a Bachelor’s in Screenwriting. In 2022, he moved to LA to oversee production on The Morning After Potion. In 2024 and beyond, Keith aspires to success in Art, Commerce and Mentorship. In pursuit of the Art, he writes everyday. In pursuit of Commerce, he produces alongside Coverage Gang Productions. And in pursuit of Mentorship, he hopes to one day teach. In Keith’s wise words: “Writing is rewriting,” or, “Writing is thinking, and thinking is hard.”
